The Quality and Audit Team are responsible for reviewing and assessing the quality of the calls made by our frontline agents through the use of a call recording system. Members of this department are responsible for identifying and suggesting improvements for existing systems and processes regarding how we can boost customer experience by driving quality and efficiency.
