Be on time and prepared
It may sound obvious but make sure you leave yourself enough time to dial into your interview on Microsoft Teams and keep us updated if you are running late. It is normal to have strengths and weaknesses; remember we are looking for people with potential not just the finished article. Just make sure you have got plenty of examples of things you are proud of so we have lots to talk about. -
Be yourself
We want you to let your natural qualities shine through, so make sure to be yourself when you join the interview. It is not about telling us what you think we want to hear; be open and honest so that we get to know the real you! Fully consider the role you have applied for- is this the right role for you? -
Relax
We know that interviews can be a bit nerve-wracking which is why we have designed ours to put you at ease. In fact, we have had many applicants tell us that our interviews were an enjoyable experience for them.
